McFadden gets sued

Darren McFadden has been problem-free since he was drafted by the Raiders last April. It's the pre-draft issues that keep nipping at his turf toes.
A bouncer has sued McFadden, two of his brothers and the owner of the Little Rock piano bar after getting injured on the job during a bar brawl that happened some 15 months ago, The Chronicle has learned.
The lawsuit is seeking undisclosed punitive and compensatory damages from all parties involved.
McFadden's attorney, Frank Shaw, confirmed the civil lawsuit was filed earlier this week. The bouncer, Brian Hankins, tried to negotiate a $420,000 settlement from McFadden one month before last year's draft but withdrew his claim when McFadden, who denied wrongdoing, refused to pay, according to Shaw.
McFadden was not charged in the incident at the Ernie Biggs piano bar and the police report did not determine who struck Hankins. Security videotape is also inconclusive. The lawsuit cited medical bills up to $7,000 and wants damages "in an amount adequate."
The bar itself was fined by the state for allowing underaged people inside, so expect a counterclaim-fest to break out over who should be paying who. "
