Topless woman raises a ruckus

DAYTON — March 5: Several complaints were made on John Street about a topless female trying to fight another female.
All the callers stated they have never seen anything quite like that and felt that it was very shocking to them.
Officers had contact with the female subject earlier that day and at that time cited her for disorderly conduct for cursing excessively.
During the latest incident, she was warned twice about cursing and began spitting when she was placed in the cruiser.
A spit sock was placed on her and she was transported to jail.
