Colts defensive coordinator quits January 20

"Ron Meeks has resigned as the Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator, the team announced today.
Meeks, 54, had held that position with the team since 2002.
The team offered no comment on the change in coach Jim Caldwell's staff. Meeks could not be reached for comment.
In 2008, Meeks' defense ranked 11th overall in the NFL. It ranked No. 24 against the run and No. 6 against the pass. It allowed just six passing touchdowns, which were the fewest in the league since it expanded to a 16-game schedule in 1978."
