Broncos: Young, Pope out for season

"Add two more players to the lengthy list of running backs on the Broncos' injured reserve.
Coach Mike Shanahan said today the seasons for Selvin Young and P.J. Pope are over because of injuries each suffered in Sunday's loss to Buffalo.
Young ruptured a disk in neck, and Pope tore his hamstring.
Young and Pope become the sixth and seventh running backs on IR, joining Andre Hall, Ryan Torain, Michael Pittman, Peyton Hillis and Anthony Alridge.
Shanahan said the team will re-sign Cory Boyd and Alex Haynes to the active roster to replace Young and Pope."
