The Titans agreed to terms on a one-year deal with quarterback Patrick Ramsey on Friday.
Ramsey played the past two seasons with the Denver Broncos.
He's expected to compete with Vince Young for the No. 2 job behind starter Kerry Collins this fall.
In his career, Ramsey has appeared in 37 career games with 24 starts. Prior to playing for Denver, he played with the Redskins and Jets. He also visited the Patriots in free agency.
Ramsey has completed 511 of 913 passes for 5,930 yards with 35 touchdowns and 30 interceptions during his career. But he's appeared in just three games over the last two seasons with Denver."
