Former Raiders coach Lane Kiffin was deposed in San Francisco on Monday in regard to the grievance he filed with the NFL.
The current Tennessee football coach seeks compensation for the unpaid portion of the three-year contract he signed in January 2007 with the Raiders.
Raiders managing general partner Al Davis will be deposed today. Davis fired Kiffin after four games last season.
Also, kick returner Justin Miller and defensive tackle William Joseph re-signed with the team, and center Chris Morris, linebacker Ricky Brown and long-snapper Jon Condo signed the one-year qualifying offers tendered them last month.
The Raiders also confirmed the signing of free-agent tackle Khalif Barnes, who agreed to a one-year contract Saturday.
